Terms & Conditions — jeefwin
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the jeefwin platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, bonuses, and account services. By registering and using jeefwin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out in this document. 1 General Terms

1.1 Governing Law
This Agreement and any disputes arising from or in connection with your use of jeefwin shall be governed by the laws applicable to online gaming services. Players accessing jeefwin from Bangladesh are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. jeefwin makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions.
1.2 Entire Agreement

It supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
2.1 Geographic Eligibility
jeefwin is built and operated for players located in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where your participation in online gaming does not violate applicable local law. jeefwin does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law and where the platform is not authorised to operate.
3 Account Registration
To access jeefwin's full range of services — including real-money games, sports betting, and withdrawal requests — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. jeefwin reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information you provide at any time.
3.1 Registration Requirements
- All personal details provided during registration — including full name, date of birth, and contact information — must be truthful and accurate.
- You may register only one account per person. Multiple accounts, whether registered under the same identity or different identities, are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate permanent closure of all associated accounts.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your jeefwin Login password with any third party.
3.2 KYC Verification
jeefwin applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts before the first withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation may include a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence, along with proof of the payment method used for deposits. KYC is a one-time process under normal circumstances and is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. 3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your jeefwin account. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on jeefwin — including deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wagers — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). jeefwin does not apply currency conversion charges for players transacting in BDT via supported payment methods.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms
- The minimum single deposit on jeefwin is ৳200.
- Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your jeefwin account within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction.
- Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to be credited depending on the sending institution's processing times.
- jeefwin does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name.
- jeefwin does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply standard transaction charges per their own fee schedule.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals are available exclusively to fully KYC-verified accounts.
- The minimum single withdrawal on jeefwin is ৳500.
- bKash and Nagad withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within five minutes under normal operating conditions.
- Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days to reach your account.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless the support team has approved an alternative method in writing.
- Pending bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed where applicable. Partial withdrawals of non-bonus funds may be available — contact support for guidance.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
jeefwin offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer. By claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms applicable to that offer. The following general bonus terms apply across all jeefwin promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players who register a jeefwin account and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳10,000. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's account automatically following confirmation of the qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device. Players found to have created multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will have all associated accounts closed and bonus funds forfeited.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the individual offer terms at the time the bonus is promoted.
- Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, slots, and sports bets may contribute at different rates as specified in the individual offer terms.
- Wagering must be completed within the time window specified in the offer terms. Incomplete wagering at expiry results in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account.
5.3 General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash directly.
- jeefwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including in cases where it suspects the offer is being misused or exploited.
- jeefwin reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds or void winnings generated from a bonus if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, in breach of these terms, or through irregular gameplay patterns.
- Seasonal promotions — including Eid bonuses, Pohela Boishakh offers, BPL cricket boosts, and Victory Day campaigns — are each governed by their own specific terms published at the time the promotion is live.
6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on jeefwin, you agree to use the platform honestly and in good faith. You accept full responsibility for ensuring that your activity on jeefwin complies with both these Terms & Conditions and any applicable laws in your jurisdiction. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jeefwin:
- Registering more than one account or providing false information during registration or KYC.
- Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials to access the platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or platform malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known malfunction are void and will be removed from the account.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games in a manner not intended for human players.
- Engaging in bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, systematically exploiting low-risk betting patterns to fulfil wagering requirements while hedging outcomes, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures.
- Attempting to launder funds through deposits and withdrawals. jeefwin cooperates fully with anti-money laundering investigations and may freeze accounts and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
- Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraud in connection with sports betting markets.
- Transmitting abusive, threatening, or harassing communications to jeefwin staff or other platform users through any channel, including live chat and support email.
7 Account Suspension & Closure
jeefwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms & Conditions, has engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.
7.1 Suspension
Account suspension is a temporary measure that restricts access to the platform and all associated services, including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay. jeefwin may suspend an account pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, identity verification, security concerns, or compliance reviews. The support team will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected resolution timeline where it is safe and appropriate to do so.
7.2 Permanent Closure by jeefwin
Permanent account closure by jeefwin will occur in the following circumstances:
- Confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Confirmed underage gambling (player found to be under 18).
- Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
- Confirmed money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
- Multiple account violation confirmed following investigation.
7.3 Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their jeefwin account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing support@jeefwin. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining eligible real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method within 5 business days following the closure request, provided KYC is complete and no outstanding security checks are pending. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
7.4 Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their life may request a self-exclusion through the platform's Responsible Gaming settings or by contacting support. 8 Limitation of Liability
jeefwin provides its platform and all associated services on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous platform availability, fast payment processing, and accurate game outcomes, jeefwin does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:
- Temporary platform unavailability, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or technical outages beyond jeefwin's reasonable control.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and banking institutions.
- Losses arising from game outcomes, whether in casino games, sports betting, or any other wagering product offered on the platform.
- Errors caused by inaccurate information provided by the player during registration, KYC, or payment setup.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials adequately.
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, internet infrastructure failures, or other circumstances outside jeefwin's direct control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeefwin's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit jeefwin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
